IDP FOUNDATION

The IDP Foundation sought to enhance its monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems to more effectively track the impact of its investments on access to and the quality of education in low-fee private schools.

In this engagement, I:

• Designed the MEL strategy, results chain, and indicator framework in accordance with the organisation’s Theory of Change (ToC).

• Developed tailored guidance, tools, and templates to support M&E implementation.

• Delivered training for staff on M&E concepts, frameworks, and procedures.

• Supported the creation of an organisational dashboard to effectively communicate monitoring results.

• Established a method for rapid, systematic literature reviews to inform strategy and decision-making.

Concluding in 2023, this work ensured alignment of the foundation and its partners with MEL best practices.
