ABOUT
I’m a quantitative research specialist with over 16 years of experience designing, managing, and delivering innovative research and evaluation projects in international development.
My expertise spans impact evaluations using experimental and quasi-experimental methodologies, statistical modelling of behavioural, social, and investment outcomes, and providing evidence-based insights to inform strategy and design.
As a seasoned researcher of complex social phenomena—particularly in behaviour change, gender, social inclusion, and sexual and reproductive health—I have collaborated with some of the world’s leading development organisations to support smarter, data-driven decision-making.
I specialise in translating technical data into clear, compelling insights and developing MEL systems that align organisational resources with evidence to effectively showcase impact. I thrive on empowering NGOs and INGOs to design programmes that truly meet the needs of the communities they serve.
I hold an MSc in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and a BSc in Psychology from Cardiff University.
